How can anyone make sense of this and other crimes like it? And how do we show justice and mercy? Or do we (mercy, that is)?
Toyota has made many great cars for a long time. My 4Runner has 145k and runs strong, thank God. Don't overreact, people! Toyota is not Fiat or Renault. They will get a handle on this problem, and in meantime, Toyota shoppers have some leverage. Warren Olney's program "To The Point" was good on this topic today.
